It's been almost 13 years since I moved to the UK. I couldn't imagine what life would be like after 13 years when I came here.
I didn't know if I would be surrounded by noisy and lively children and I would be running after them all the time! Our children are now 7 years old and 3 years old - their characters can't be more different but they care for each other and enjoy each other's company, and we can't imagine life without them.
2019 was extra special to me as one of my dreams has come true - getting published in my home country Japan. I had an amazing summer giving talks and workshops to my Japanese audience as well as spending quality time with my family there.
