We had a wonderful meeting (with a real feel-good vibe) at the lovely Willows Community Café at Willow Burn hospice last month.
Sincere thanks to Paul Jackson and his team for making us so welcome (not to mention the fabulous buffet!) and to our guest speakers Mike McGaun, Gillian Fortune and Suzanne Milbourne. We learned how to protect our personal safety, our health and our well-being.
A huge thank you to everyone who kindly donated items and money for the Willow Burn Nurses Christmas Fair, you are incredibly generous and we are very proud of you! It's good to know that several DBN members have already met up at the Willows Community Café since our event there. The Café is open 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
