Week 1: Challenge kick off & business growth strategy - Friday, 4th October 2024, 10.00-11.00
Jeremy will open the challenge with a briefing, followed by a session on developing your business growth strategy and how to plan for business growth.
Week 2: Marketing 101 for non-marketeers - Friday, 11th October 2024, 10.00-11.00
Jules Brim from award-winning marketing agency Marketing Mixology will guide you through building an international marketing strategy and developing a better understanding of your ideal overseas customer base, regardless of whether you have a marketing background.
Week 3: Pitching and presenting to clients - Friday, 18th October 2024, 10.00-11.00
Jeremy will run you through how to prepare a storyboard, develop content and deliver great pitches and competitive presentations to international clients.
Week 4: Bidding and closing deals - Friday, 25th October 2024, 10.00-11.00
In the final session, Jeremy will cover what is involved in successfully bidding and winning deals abroad - from preparation and making good bid decisions to developing your solution and story-boarding, writing content and using review gateways to land the deal.
