The Derwent Valley Partnership is collating articles for its Winter 2024 edition of Derwent Valley News which will be distributed to all households in the Derwent Valley area in November 2024.
We are looking for articles from organisations, partners (housing, health, police, fire, CVS) community groups, community partnerships, residents associations, or individual residents on local information from the Derwent Valley area to include in the magazine.
Due to limited editorial space within our four page newsletter, we request that articles should be approximately no more than 100 words in length, and if you have photos or logos to accompany the article please also include these. Please note that photos in their original format (not pasted into word documents) are required.
We politely request that you adhere to the 100 word limit as best as you can, as we try to accommodate as many articles as possible. We cannot guarantee that all articles submitted to us will be included, but any which are not included can be added to our community website https://derwentvalleylife.org.uk/ free of charge.
The deadline for submitting information for the Winter edition is Friday 6th September 2024. Please send your articles to the Derwent Valley Partnership Team directly at: dvaap@durham.gov.uk
