David & Melanie had a lovely evening at Willow Burn Hospice last night to celebrate the individual fundraisers who have challenged themselves this year to raise money for the hospice.
Willow Burn is 44% funded by the NHS which means that 56p in every £ they spend needs to be raised by them.
Melanie took part in the Consett Steel Town 20 this year and walked 20 miles to raise money for Willow Burn in memory of DBN member Gemma Justice who passed away earlier this year.
Thank you to Rachel Todd and Ali for such a heart felt evening and to all the individual fundraisers who collectively raised over £22,000 in 2023 for the hospice 👏
If anyone is interested in supporting Willow Burn in 2024 take a look at their fundraising pack below. Please direct any fundraising questions to RTodd@willowburnhospice.org.uk
