Northern Lights Counselling in Consett is offering a number of free therapy sessions.
They currently have a counsellor on placement with them until October and therefore they can offer individuals between 4 and 6 sessions of counselling free of charge. Ideally this will be face to face therapy which will be provided at Consett Innovation Centre but they can offer online therapy too.
