Land of Oak & Iron are excited to host the next of our regular ‘Meet the Maker‘ events at the Heritage Centre in Winlaton Mill. Our next Meet the Maker is with local photographer Phil Benton.
Phil is a north east photographer who creates very different and beautiful photographic images. Landscape photography, nature photography, wildlife photography and more!
Phil has a great love of the outdoors and he is intrigued at how light changes and embodies a picture. He has a keen eye for the unusual, picking out the best a scene or visual has to offer.
He thrives on the challenge of creating different types of work from landscapes to still life, creating visual images that are outside convention.
Phil will have a variety of products for sale during his Meet the Maker event, including mounted prints, A4 prints, MDF boards, greetings cards and coasters too. All to a high standard of print quality. Phil will also take on personal commissions, anything from product photography for websites to pet and family shots.
‘Meet the Maker’ will be outside under cover of the gazebo, social distancing will be in place for both the artist/makers and our visitors. We have enhanced cleaning regimes in place, sanitiser and hand gel is available at both entrances to the Heritage Centre and we politely request that face coverings are still worn when entering the building to use toilets, shop area and café shrub, this helps keep our staff, other visitors and their families safe.
