Thanks to everyone who came to our recent meetings. It was lovely to see everyone. On Monday, 16th November Paul Sparks ran a great session on how to find customers overseas and on Tuesday, 17th, we had our monthly networking meeting on Zoom sharing lots of news and business ideas.
We know we'll have more challenges ahead but our members are creative, resourceful and resilient and the creativity of our members has been amazing. So many of you have created new websites, offered new services, and gained skills in new areas.
At this week's DBN meeting we discussed how the skills acquired in 2020 will have long-term benefits for our businesses. We’ve all seen a big change in the use of technology which will prove beneficial both now and in the long term and we're delighted to report that some of our members have grown business in 2020.
We need help small our businesses to bounce back and while they are showing amazing resilience and innovation, they need our help right now. We can all play our part in this by supporting our businesses and buying local whenever possible. It will make a big difference to each business.
