Whittle Jones have remained operational throughout the lockdown with staff working from home. The industrial estates and office sites which Whittle Jones manage across the north east on behalf of Northern Trust Co Ltd continued to need management input as many tenants were still on site, albeit operating to various capacities.
Recently, Whittle Jones, have re-opened their North East office and enquiry levels for premises are back to pre-pandemic levels, following a marked decrease in April. Viewings are being conducted across the region, with distancing rules capable of being adhered to within vacant premises. June is proving to be a very busy month for us, 11 lettings having already completed across Co. Durham and Teesside since 1 June.
