Last week we ran an article by local MP Richard Holden on a proposed feasibility study into a rail link connecting the Derwent Valley with Gateshead. We asked for your views and we can report that all of your responses have been positive and in support of the proposal, highlighting both the economic and social benefits of a rail link.
