What a brilliant turnout for our meeting in January. Thanks to the Black Horse at Beamish for making us so welcome and to everyone who shared their details on the "window of opportunities".
It was inspiring (and reassuring) to hear Simon Raine of Weardale Cheese sharing his journey into the world of cheese making and candidly telling us about some of the mistakes he made along the way as well as the great satisfaction and successes too.
